Just had dinner at Angelica´s (Jordan - if Lonny didn´t take you here give him hell, ´cuz he should have).
Another great meal. I had Guanaco again, this time definitely a stew. And just as good as yesterday. The waiter recommended an excellent Cabernet (he thinks Chilean cabernets are beter than Malbecs). Coffee and a free Grappa afterwards.
I dunno - tomorrow´s dinner is probably boiled pasta with a sauce of dried tomato soup and some imatation Paraesan cheese with some dried mango for dessert. Maybe I should just stay in town and buy a bunch of postcards... :)
I´m offline for a week - see you then, no doubt with some stories.
Just remember if it gets real bad you can have dinner at the Refugios.
